About the Role:

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in the Elmbridge area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light household duties.
  • Supporting clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers, and providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Working collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Live in or close by to the Elmbridge area.
