About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Estimator to join our client's preconstruction team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the work-winning team in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for construction projects up to £30 million in value.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in tender processes for projects up to £2 million;
  • Negotiating with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes;
  • Maintaining professional communication throughout the tender process;
  • Preparing accurate cost estimates and managing enquiries;


To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
