Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Nurseplus, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of care settings, supporting individuals with diverse needs, including learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older adults.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care plans for patients
- Monitor vital signs and carry out assessments and blood tests
- Liaise with other team members, including doctors and senior nurses
- Observe patients' conditions and record information
- Administer medications and communicate with patients and their families
- Current and unrestricted NMC Registration
- 6 months UK-based paid experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility on travel
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
