About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide specialist care to our service user, who requires complex clinical care and support in their own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care, including moving and handling, medication administration, and daily living tasks.
  • Support our service user with their daily routine, including transfers, mobility, and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and meet the individual needs of our service user.
  • Participate in regular training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements

  • 3 months previous care experience, with a focus on personal care and moving and handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
