The role involves providing quantity surveying services at project level, interfacing with operations and reporting to the management team.

To be successful in this position, you will need a strong understanding of both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work, as well as a basic/working knowledge of NEC 3 / 4 main and subcontract contract forms. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Excel, charts, pivots, lookups, and sheet automation.

This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our small but energetic commercial team, you will enjoy flexibility, working mostly remote, with occasional site visits and meetings.

  • NVQ / BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 2 years + post qualification experience
