Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £38,750 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience.

We are working with an innovative architectural practice renowned for delivering creative and cutting-edge designs. The practice has built strong relationships with prominent clients and continues to expand its client base with a reputation for excellence.

The practice's portfolio boasts of projects in retail and commercial sectors with their expertise lying within the residential sector. This successful practice is keen to continue their growth and strengthen their technical abilities, therefore, they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Substantial experience across the residential sector with proven job running experience.
  • Excellent technical abilities, including proficiency with Revit.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Manage a small team and assist with training emergent staff members.
  • Proven record across the technical stages having worked on projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • Chartered or a member of CIAT.
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology.
  • Extensive experience post-qualification in a UK Architectural practice.
