We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at Crunch Fitness, a rapidly growing company in the fitness industry. With 30 locations currently and 50 planned, this position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and career advancement.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of 7-10 employees, and developing a highly effective sales team. You will also generate leads through local outreach initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Manage a team of 7-10 employees, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Generate leads through local outreach initiatives and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience and 1-2 years of team management experience.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
