Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in their estate agency. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for arranging viewings, maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers, negotiating offers, and working towards targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and attend viewings on a daily basis
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiate and obtain offers for sale properties
- Refer potential applicants to our financial services department (additional commission available)
- Generate and arrange valuations on behalf of sales manager
- Work towards targets
Requirements
- Be a team player
- Demonstrate self-motivation
- Have experience working in an estate agency setting within sales
- Work well under pressure
- Be highly organized with strong communication skills
- Be professional and well-presented
- Be able to work towards deadlines
Working Hours
The successful candidate will work 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9.45am - 4pm Saturdays with one lieu day in the week.
