We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost analyses and budget updates.
- Proven track record of success as a Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including cost estimation and budgeting tools.
