Part-time (can be done as a job share): These roles will be one 30-hour a week role and one 27-hour a week role in a shift pattern, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be available in term time.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking two members of support staff to join our team as Nursery Assistants to work in our new daycare provision. This will cater for children from 9 months to 2 years old. The role will work on a shift pattern all year round, with the nursery open from 8am to 6pm.

Experience of working with early years children is essential, with at least an Early Years Level 2 qualification. We are looking for members of staff who work well as team players and are clear about how to support and develop children's wellbeing and progress under the guidance of the managers. The candidates will have the ability to form positive relationships with young children quickly.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is a very important aspect of Ham Drive Nursery & Daycare. All applicants will be expected to have a full DBS check and disclose any issues that may be relevant to them working in a nursery.
