Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Joiner to join our client's team on a temporary basis. Our client is a reputable housing association committed to providing high-quality housing and maintenance services for their residents.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general joinery work, including fixing issues with existing building fabric.
- Install new building fabric as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building fabric.
- Respond to emergency issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a maintenance joiner.
- Relevant joinery qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery).
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
You will be paid weekly and your work schedule will be a standard Monday to Friday. Our consultant will be in touch regularly to respond to any queries or issues you may have and make sure you are kept up-to-date.
