We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Learning Facilitator to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. As a Supportive Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting children with additional learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver inclusive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with children who require additional support, including those with SEMH, ASD/ADHD, Hearing Loss, Speech impediments, and EAL
- Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and SEN professionals to develop holistic support plans for pupils
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth
- Hold a degree in Psychology or Education, with a specialization in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Have previous experience working with children, demonstrating a passion for inclusive education
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with patience and resilience
- Competitive salary of £475-£550 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly via PAYE
- Term-time work only, with opportunities for career progression and professional development
- Training and support provided by experienced SENCo and SEN Leadership Team Members
- Collaborative and supportive team environment, with a focus on student-centered learning
