We are a leading IT recruitment specialist providing support to clients across the UK and Europe. Our team is seeking a highly organized and meticulous B2B Content Specialist to join our EMEA B2B Marketing team.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the B2B Marketing Lead to ensure the smooth workflow of all content projects for EMEA, across both Document Cloud and Creative Cloud.
  • Responsibilities include managing the content repository, providing visibility of content project statuses and timelines, and creating content specific to the EMEA market.
  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a prior content role and/or project management, with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • They will also be able to work proficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and present their own ideas and strategy to improve content workflows.
  • The role will be hybrid, requiring the candidate to work in the London Shoreditch Office and have the flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating net new content for the EMEA market from briefing to review and delivery
  • Maintaining a content marketing calendar to schedule all aspects of content creation and delivery
  • Project managing localisation of content for EMEA
  • Collaborating with the demand generation team to plan and schedule content to ideal delivery dates
  • Identifying and managing all content produced globally and at EMEA level, including gaps that need to be fulfilled
  • Liaising with external content agencies to create content from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment
  • Strong ability to collaborate in a highly Matrix environment
  • Confident working autonomously, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines for ongoing campaigns within EMEA
  • Clear understanding of B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with principles of marketing
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) and good interpersonal skills - ability to speak French and/or German is ideal, but not mandatory.
