Street Lighting Electrician

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Street Lighting Electrician to join our Street Lighting division. As a Street Lighting Electrician, you will work within a team on electrical street lighting installation and ensure that all site works are executed in time. You will work across a range of high-profile projects in Westminster, a permanent, full-time position based in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working within health and safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Interpreting scaled drawings of basic electrical installations and detailed drawings of underground cabling
  • Ensuring that all site works are executed in a time and cost-efficient manner while ensuring regular liaison with the supervisor
  • Maintaining plant, vehicle, and materials record sheets to support the works programme, as well as ensuring that all plant is fit for purpose and maintained to required standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in the Street Lighting industry, ideally with the ability to coordinate street lighting operations
  • Hold a Class 2 HGV license and G39 certification, health and safety, safe isolation, and 18th edition
  • Ability to drive and possess a full UK driving license
