Job Title: Compliance Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team at One to One Personnel. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our client's reputation and integrity by developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Advise on all SRA queries and provide guidance on regulatory requirements
  • Support the team with maintaining and monitoring regulatory accounts
  • Provide necessary training to the wider business as and when required
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with current regulations
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports to track compliance progress

Requirements:

  • Currently working as a Compliance Manager within a Law firm
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working within Compliance at mid to senior level
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team
  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
