Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and meeting their recruitment needs.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Source, select, and induct temporary workers to meet client requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize efficiencies and drive performance.
- Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with policies such as Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), National Minimum Wage (NMW), and Right to Work, as well as maintaining accurate attendance records and administering payroll.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future temporary requirements, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and growth within the company.
