We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Criminology graduate to join our team as a Youth Worker in a challenging school setting. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with vulnerable young people and those at risk of offending.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Criminology graduate to gain valuable experience in a specialist school setting. The role will involve working with students who have a range of trauma and mental health-based needs, and will require the successful candidate to have a holistic approach to learning and a focus on restorative practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students who have social, emotional, and mental health challenges
  • Deliver key and personal/functional skills
  • Participate in MAPA and ABA training
  • Work collaboratively with the school team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £85 per day, Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.00pm. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a challenging and rewarding role, with opportunities for career progression in the field of youth work and criminal justice.
