Salary and Benefits

We offer above-market rates, with a salary of £42,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time and sessional). You will also receive excellent conditions, including paid annual leave and a generous pension scheme.

Job Description

As an Environmental Services Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Emptying litter and recycling bins
  • Cleaning all surfaces, internal glass, floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings within a group of buildings
  • Cleaning all sanitary areas, toilets, showers, and replenishing washroom consumables
  • Emergency and reactive cleaning as required, e.g., removal of graffiti, body fluid spillages, accidental spillages
  • Caring for and maintaining equipment used in carrying out these duties

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who can deliver to the highest standards and cooperate with performance measurement to meet agreed targets. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of our Facilities Management team.
