Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for our international qualifications. As a Qualifications Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering full-day and online qualification-based courses to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions that meet the objectives and standards required by Pearson and the regulator.
  • Present information in a way that is tailored to the customer and environment.
  • Manage own time and travel arrangements, with all travel expenses covered by Pearson.
  • Complete and submit summary feedback forms for every session delivered.
Requirements:
  • Experience of teaching a Pearson Edexcel International Specification.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training to adult delegates.
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of qualification and assessment principles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence in using technology to support training delivery.
