CNC Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands area. As a CNC Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing CNC lasers, bending, and punching machines.

Job Summary:

  • Install and service CNC equipment
  • Provide preventative maintenance to contract customers
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Provide training and technical support

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and perform service check overs
  • Organize service consumables with admin
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Responsible for the completion and submission of field service reports and expense reports

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CNC equipment installation and servicing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range £32,500-£35,000 per annum, DOE
