Spectrum IT are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client's helpdesk team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and colleagues, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Work closely with the 1st line team to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Office365, InTune, and AzureAD
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
