About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Kohler Waters Spa, a world-class spa that offers relaxing and rejuvenating experiences for our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver beauty treatments to the required standards, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to the individual needs of our guests.
- Maintain the day-to-day cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms, adhering to Health and Safety legislation.
- Ensure that all equipment is fully operational and clean, reporting any defects to the Spa Operations Manager.
- Liaise with the Spa Operations Manager and Spa Receptionist to schedule treatments, make changes, and additions.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in product ranges and new treatments, attending relevant training courses as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, displaying a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Share knowledge of all resort facilities, services, and policies with our guests.
About You
We are looking for a Level 3 NVQ qualified Therapist with a passion for exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and have gained ITEC/BABTAC/CIDESCO qualifications, although these are not essential as full training will be provided. You will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team, and a can-do attitude.
