Sanitation Director

Kingdom People Careers is currently seeking a skilled Sanitation Director to lead their hygiene operations team on an initial 3-month contract. This position offers the opportunity to work for a national organisation that manufactures some of the UK's leading brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the company's hygiene standards, providing leadership and direction to the site hygiene and operations teams. They will also be expected to build capability in these teams, educate them in cleaning procedures and standards, and ensure that how they manage their hygiene standards is effective and continuously improved.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to liaise with operations to ensure hygiene activities are embedded throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the hygiene and operations team
• Liaise with operations to ensure hygiene activities are embedded throughout the organisation
• Drive continuous improvement in the company's hygiene standards
• Build capability in the hygiene and operations teams
• Educate the team in cleaning procedures and standards

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
