About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with regional managers to create long-term succession plans and ensure seamless store operations
- Establish a culture of high-performance, focusing on both fiscal and behavioral KPIs
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
