Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analysis and Governance Lead to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our UK Defence business, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement new solutions that meet their business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex technology projects at scale and pace, supporting clients through an ambitious digital transformation programme.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Business Analysis and Governance Lead will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring proposed implementation of change aligns with user needs and will deliver desired outcomes.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive change and improvement.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of working with clients at the initiation of a project, when they are considering how to drive a broad change agenda within the organisation, is essential.
