About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Freedom Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company systems and processes are complied with, via site inspections and audits.

The role will involve monitoring the relevant areas of work for SHEQ compliance, implementing effective systems to develop a positive health and safety culture, and advising and assisting the project on SHEQ matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company systems and processes are complied with
  • Monitor SHEQ compliance and implement corrective actions
  • Develop a positive health and safety culture
  • Advise and assist the project on SHEQ matters

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General certification
  • Good understanding of CDM regulations
  • Desirable: HSG47/Underground Utility Avoidance knowledge and environmental qualifications
  • Experience in electrical utilities
