About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work varied shifts and respond to changing situations
