Lead a Residential Children's Home as a Dedicated Care Manager

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee our residential children's home in Sutton Coldfield. As a Registered Children's Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to a young person in need.

About the Role:
  1. Care Leadership: Inspire and develop your team to provide exceptional care and support.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and adheres to current children's residential care legislation.
  3. Personalised Support Plans: Develop and manage individualized care plans addressing the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of the resident.
  4. Safeguarding: Uphold all safeguarding policies to create a safe environment.
  5. Financial Stewardship: Manage operational expenses while prioritizing top-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Children's Residential Manager.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's care legislation.
  • Passion: A dedication to delivering excellent care and positive outcomes for young people.
