Join Our Team as a Head of Property Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Property Solicitor to lead our Property team at G2 Legal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload, handling residential conveyancing and commercial property matters on behalf of clients in the Surrey market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of solicitors and legal executives to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Handle a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Property team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex property matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential conveyancing and commercial property law.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of solicitors and legal executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and regulations.
