About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Team Leader to join our team in Salcombe. As a key member of our sales and visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving consistent improvement to store sales, KPIs, and other areas of measured success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
  • Providing accurate information about our product to customers, including features and benefits, and stock availability
  • Promoting our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Processing sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, and experience in the retail industry.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
