Clinical Teaching Fellow in Gynaecology with Interest in Endometriosis

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Teaching Fellow to join our team at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the teaching of medical and physician associate students in the Trust and St George's Medical School.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver clinical teaching sessions to medical students on the St George's University MBBS programme, including face-to-face and virtual teaching sessions.
- Organize and run a clinical skills course, using simulation to teach vaginal examination and speculum examination, and clinical Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sessions.
- Support the teaching of health, safety, and infection control requirements, including good hygiene practices, appropriate use of scrubs/uniform, and PPE for students.
- Administrative tasks, including timetabling and liaison with the lead for undergraduate teaching and the teaching coordinator.
- GMC Registration and MRCOG qualification.
- Successful completion of ST4 training in obstetrics and gynaecology or equivalent.
- CV demonstrating evidence of interest in Endometriosis and Benign Gynaecology.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participation in NIHR-approved research.
- Presentations in national and international conferences, including BSGE.
