We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency professional to join our team as a Spicerhaart Partner. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own Estate Agency business within a designated core area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business plan to drive sales and growth in your designated area
- Build and maintain relationships with local property owners, developers, and other stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, including valuations, marketing, and sales
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
