We are seeking an experienced Probate Specialist to join our esteemed Private Client team at G2 Legal Limited.

The role involves working closely with two experienced Private Client, Wills & Probate solicitors and specialising in:

  • Drafting complex and simple wills
  • Probate matters
  • Tax planning and related advice
  • Complex estates work
  • Lasting powers of attorney
  • Court of protection work
  • Administration of estates and trusts for high-net-worth individuals

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and preparing documents efficiently
  • Supporting solicitors on fee-earning activities
  • Managing a small caseload of files

This position is ideal for someone with:

  • Previous experience in probate matters
  • A good understanding of private client cases
  • Ideal qualifications include previous fee-earning experience

Our company offers a competitive estimated salary of £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
