We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Specialist to join our Commercial Division at Zenith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising stakeholders on vehicle repairs and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Work collaboratively with the fleet desk team and liaise effectively with other departments
- Identify mechanical problems through effective questioning and communication
- Prioritize work efficiently and ensure accurate recording of systems and updates
- Enter information accurately into internal software systems
- Monitor and organize contracts, ensuring timely completion
- Liaise with Contract Relationship Manager and Customer Service Manager on any issues that may arise
- Handle day-to-day queries and escalations from customers
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and service/inspections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on repair progress and due service inspections
- Report defects to customers, prepare estimates/quotations, and obtain covering order numbers
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Strong knowledge of LCV and HGV compliance and proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent telephone-based customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and reliable
- Salary: £14,500 (pro rata)
