About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Lettings Valuer to join our dynamic team at Crux Careers based in Didcot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients, maximizing board presence and promoting brand awareness at all times.
  • Market Appraisals and Viewings: Arrange and attend market appraisals/valuations and viewings, providing carefully considered and qualified market advice using effective comparables.
  • Office Systems and Procedures: Maintain office systems/software and working procedures, ensuring efficient diary planning and problem-solving as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous valuation experience within Sales/Lettings Estate Agency.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and a successful track record in your academic, professional, or personal life are highly valued.
  • Licence: A full UK driving licence and your own car are required.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000 base salary (depending on experience) and an OTE of £40,000. This role offers a rewarding and fulfilling career with a dynamic team, providing honest and impartial advice to clients.
