Job OpportunityWe are building a new team focused on Reliability & Safety at all levels, and we are seeking a skilled Reliability and Test Engineer to join our team. As a Reliability and Test Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing our test plans, creating efficient tests, and supporting the reliability engineering chapter strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient test plans to identify specific mechanisms of failure for new automotive technology.
- Participate in product design processes to understand product features, functions, and lifecycle events.
- Collaborate with a broad range of specialists and projects to develop standard methods, trainings, and methodologies.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with design teams to create robust designs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of quality tools, including Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) and Design for Reliability (DfR) methods and principles.
- Work with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Degree or similar qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related subject.
- Understanding of quality tools and experience in failure mode analysis.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering and statistical analysis.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with the design, operation, and environment of Automotive Electrification.
- Experience of working in Agile development methodologies.
- Competitive salary in line with level of experience.
