Renal Dialysis Nurse

About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Senior Dialysis Nurse to join a warm and welcoming private clinic. The clinic has a fantastic team of friendly staff who are passionate about the role they do and take great pride in the person-centred care that they provide to each and every patient.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for:

1. Acting as a mentor for the team, guiding and sharing knowledge and skills
2. Being the Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputising for the Clinic Manager when required
3. Ensuring exceptional patient-centred care is delivered at all times
4. Taking ownership of care programs for renal patients
5. Performing patient assessments throughout
6. Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems
7. Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be NMC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
2. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
3. A minimum of 2 years UK experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse
4. In possession of, or working towards, a post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent)
5. Mentorship/Teaching Qualification desirable
6. Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
7. Excellent communication skills
