About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in this Senior Supportability Engineer position. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of world-class solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability and maintainability engineering, with experience in analyzing and assessing supportability characteristics and performance. They will also be familiar with various analytical techniques and procedures, including RMT analysis, FMEA, FRACAS, and safety hazard identification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of supportability engineering work packages, covering reliability, maintainability, and testability analysis, as well as support strategy planning and modelling.
  • Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, RF, electronics, and safety engineers to identify and mitigate real support-related problems on complex systems.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the supportability community and core skills base.
  • Participate in continuous process and procedural improvements to drive out costs and reputational consequences of failure.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
  • Experience in industry, defence, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong knowledge of RMT analysis techniques, equipment failure modes effects analysis, and failure reporting and corrective action system data collection and analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis and creation of beneficial relationships with cross-functional colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
