Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Planner to join our client, a Housing association in Hertfordshire. As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling within social housing contracts, with experience working with main contractors or Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). Proficiency in repairs and maintenance software is also essential.

You will oversee incoming calls, organize operative schedules, perform administrative tasks, plan repairs and maintenance tasks, and maintain communication with stakeholders. If you possess excellent time management and communication skills, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
