Senior Clinical Lead in Old Age Dementia and Physical Health

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical teams, providing expert advice, and making decisions that impact patient care. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of new treatments and services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements- MRC Psych or equivalent qualification
- Full GMC registration
- CCT in General Adult Psychiatry
- Approval under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act
- Additional postgraduate qualifications
- Publication of original research
- Management training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of ability to communicate with patients, colleagues, and staff at all levels
- An understanding of the political and financial framework within which the Services operate

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities. The position is based at St Mary's Hospital, Kettering, NN15 7PW.
