Job Description:

Join Conrad Consulting Ltd as a Pre-Construction Services Lead and play a key role in delivering our clients' construction projects. As a senior member of our team, you'll lead the pre-construction phase, collaborating closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to deliver comprehensive pre-construction services.

Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Leading planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to inform project viability.
  • Collaborating with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to optimise project designs and value engineering.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the pre-construction process.
  • Managing procurement activities, negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the pre-construction phase.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pre-construction processes and outcomes.
Requirements:

We're looking for a professional with:

  • Proven experience in a pre-construction management role within a main contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing design & build projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
