Key Responsibilities:

As a Motor Trade Account Handler at Vermelo RPO, you will be responsible for providing quotations for New Business, Renewals, and Existing Business. You will act as a key resource for the branch and support trainees, all while using your communication and negotiation skills to maximise new business and client loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in broking or underwriting specifically Motor Trade
  • Good judgement, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • A flexible, self-motivated, and proactive approach with a passion for customer service

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Deliver excellent customer service for New and Existing Business
  • Process quotations that meet client's needs and comply with insurer guidelines
  • Maintain accurate client records and support with client meetings as required
