Job Title: Media Operations Director - 12 Months Maternity Cover

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Operations Director to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our media operations, including planning, activation, and digital strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective media operations strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Lead a team of media operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in media operations, with a strong understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
