Pipefitting Tradesperson

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Pipe System Specialist for a 6-month workshop-based contract in Grimsby.

The successful candidate will work on various piping systems, integrate drawings, and follow health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from drawings to cut, bend, and thread carbon and stainless pipework and valves.
• Assemble and install piping systems, including fittings, valves, and supports.
• Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other testing equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, or fittings.
• Follow all health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• CCNSG card an advantage.
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Pipe Fitting trade.
• Experience of working on industrial sites, such as power stations, refineries, and steelworks.

Working Conditions:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
• Days shifts.
• Immediate start date.

Salary: The salary for this role is estimated at £21.29 per hour for the first 38 hours worked, making it approximately £813.22 per week.
