**About the Role**

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our team as Capital Investment Delivery Manager and Capital Works Pre Construction and Planning Manager.

As a key member of our housing asset management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a significant programme of work (£60m/year) that meets quality, cost, and time expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership and management skills, with the ability to use initiative and engage positively with stakeholders. You will also have excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and preparing schemes for tendering in accordance with group procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and organise staff within the Capital Investment Delivery team to deliver investment works to council housing assets
  • Oversee and manage all contract capital budgets, reporting to the senior management team as required
  • Ensure effective management information systems are in place to identify and prioritise investment works, integrating all available records and data for estate-based planning

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Relevant industry qualifications in construction management, such as HNC, HND, or a degree in Construction or a related field
  • Membership or associate status with a recognised professional body
  • Strong commitment to high-quality customer service and excellent outcomes for residents
  • Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and preparing schemes for tendering in accordance with group procedures
