Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of our global Risk & Compliance helpdesk.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Risk & Compliance professionals.
- Provide administrative support for global insurance renewals and manage practicing certificate renewals.
- Support the Company Secretary in Partner onboarding and exiting processes.
- Assist the team with internal queries related to tenders, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the due diligence process and own the Risk & Compliance intranet site.
- Contribute to team newsletters and communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a high-level administrator in a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
