About the Role:

As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our clients' employees and stakeholders. You will work closely with our client, a leading construction company, to identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective control measures to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out site inspections and audits to assess compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements for all utilities associated works.
  • Work collaboratively with Contracts Managers, Administrators, and Field Teams to ensure timely and accurate issue of documentation prior to commencing works.
  • Attend training meetings and workshops to support the development of a positive health and safety culture.
  • Contribute to the development of behavioral programs to promote a culture of zero accidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Health and Safety legislation and best practices through continuous professional development.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Driving licence.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
