New Home Sales Consultant Opportunity

Are you a motivated and skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed? We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Dandara in Copford, UK.

About the Role
We are looking for an expert in new home sales to hit the ground running with the launch of our stunning new site, Oaklands. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling customers their dream home, meeting prospective purchasers, demonstrating properties, and negotiating sales details. You will also process related paperwork, liaise with clients and staff, and ensure the sales area is clean and tidy at all times.

What You Will Do:
  • Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale
  • Negotiate sales details with the purchaser
  • Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments
  • Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, Advocate and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion
  • Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices
  • Deal with daily telephone/e-mail/postal enquiries
  • Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients
  • Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients
  • Ensure the sales area and any show properties are clean, tidy and well presented at all times
  • Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Keep purchasers up-to-date with progress on their plot and development
  • Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge
  • Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs.

Requirements:
  • Experience of new homes sales
  • Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts mentioned to suit business needs
  • Full UK Driving License and flexibility to travel to other sites when needed.
