Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Halifax-based team at G2 Legal Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer to work on a mix of general commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, development and investment work.

The ideal candidate will have circa 1-5 years plus PQE gained in a reputable firm, handling commercial property matters with the ability to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling commercial property matters with a focus on landlord and tenant, development, and investment work
  • Providing excellent client care skills and developing client relationships
  • Developing strong business development and commercial awareness
  • Managing a mix of general commercial property work
