Job Title: Senior IT Service Performance Analyst

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Service Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze performance data of ITIL processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery
  • Provide expert guidance on IT service management best practices and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with ITIL certification
  • Proven track record of analyzing and improving service performance and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs and priorities
  • Experience with service management tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SIAM or multi-vendor IT service management experience
  • Project management experience, preferably with IT service management projects
  • ITIL Foundation certification, preferably with Intermediate level
  • Experience with performance data analysis and reporting
